Institutes for easy admission

I am presently on F1 status. I haven't yet graduated.

I have my H1B approved and I am currently looking for some institutes which can issue me i-20 so that i can be in status till Oct 1st( I am still in status but my university is charging high fees, so just for being in status ,want to shift to another place). Can somebody list me all the institutes where the i-20 is issued fast and easily. Somebody please list all the places. Thanks.
