Need Suggestion

I need a suggestion or an advice regarding my courses and CPT/OPT.

I am graduate student and I am left with two courses and one thesis. I am planning to take two courses in Fall 2013 and Thesis in Spring 2014. My I-20 shows program completion date of January 2014.

An organization is willing to hire me in mid of august. Should I apply for CPT now?

Can I work and simultaneously take two course in Fall and the thesis is Spring?

When should I apply for OPT?

You can apply for CPT straight away but you need a offer letter from employer. Make sure that you have offer below your semester and you can apply your OPT during OCT or Nov. If you take CPT you will have 2 credit hour and you need to do an Independent study too. This depends on univ...
