Can I work on CPT for more than 1 year in different schools or is it 12 months overall.

Goldie Beacom does give CPT for more than 12 months, you just have to write a paper. I can send you a email that I received from their international advisor.

If it is more than 12 months then the person is not able to apply for opt

The 12 month rule applies only for full time cpt, not part time . And it's 12 months overall
