Hello, I'd be opting for a 20 hours (Part Time) CPT whilst obtaining my Masters Degree. Can I be a W2 employee for my company ? Can I keep my insurance benefits ? Has anyone else gone through this situation?

Once visa changes to employment status ( H1-B) then you can consider being on their W2Comment

Regarding Medical Insurance, you will have to buy your insurance if you are on F1 visa.you can contact school and they guide on plans.Originally posted by aryan View Post
