Do I need to include CPT details in OPT Application?

I have a question regarding my OPT. I took part time cpt for 3 months before,but didnt work anywhere. Now,am graduating in may 2013 and do i need to include these details in my application? I am really confused,please give me some suggestions.

You dont need to.. I didnt.
When u apply they ask for all i-20s; they will see in there!
