Dropbox visa renewal with CPT

Hi!
I have a question: I applied for the renewal of my F1 visa and after answering all the questions I qualified for the Dropbox visa renewal. However since my last visa was issued, I got a new I20 from the DSO because I am going to do a CPT for next semester. Now I am nervous because I don't know if I actually qualified for the Dropbox procedure because of the CPT..
I would appreciate any advice/opinion.
