Transfer to University of Cumberlan: h1 selected

Hello All,
I recently got my H1B selected . I am currently enrolled in a school which provides CPT from day 1. Mine is premium processing, so I will have to reply to USCIS's querries soon if I get one. Due to some problems, its looking like I will be msot probabely ona cademic probation after end of second semester. hence, I am thinking of transferring to University of Cumberlands in kentuky . Does anyone know if its a safe university? Also, what else do you suggets I do in this scenario?
