Work status and job concerns

I am an Electrical Engineer working in Non-IT industry on Stem OPT ext, which expires in March.
I am joining a university for my second Master's which starts in the last week of March to maintain work status.
My employment will end with OPT STEM ext expiry and the employer is not ready to provide any documentation for CPT and is not ready to sponsor H1-B.

I am looking for new job opportunities in IT or Non-IT Industry with companies that accept CPT students and can sponsor H1-B visa.
I would need employment offer letter to get my CPT before university start date.
Any information or help regarding this would be greatly appreciated.
