I am currently working on CPT while doing my masters in Computer science. I am planning to apply for H1b this year through my employer. I will complete my master in next six months and my 11 months CPT is getting expired on 30th April 2016. Can I apply for H1b or not? if yes will there be any problem in applying ? Thanks in Advance.

you can apply h1 even when you or on cpt or opt the only problem is its not considered under master's quota if this is yours first masters .but still you can give a try good luckComment
