Part time CPT vs full time CPT (months allowed to work)

I started my Full time CPT in May 2015 and continued till December 2015. After that, I went into part time CPT and planning to continue till August 2016 and then graduate and get into OPT. So in the end of August 2016, I would have worked 8 months in full time CPT and 8 months in part time CPT.
My questions are
1. Will this affect my OPT
2. I heard from people, that part time CPT is considered 1/4th the time of full time CPT. Is that true. Or is there any time range for part time CPT.

you can be 11 months 29 days on full time cpt but partime cpt is not considered https://www.ice.gov/sevis/practical-training
