can we go for F1 stamping on CPT as my 5 years visa got expired

Hi Guys
my H1 is denied which I filed in 2015 and I have to go to India in April for my wedding and currentlu I am on CPT. My initial 5 years visa is expired and I have to go on stamping if I leave US. is it advisable that I return on H4 or F1? if H4 can I get back to CPT program?

I need your help!

its a high risk you did not complete your education in five years and you want to extend your f1 that you are on cpt it clearly says you need f1 for working by taking cpt so high possiblity of rejection since you want to work instaed of studying .If you come back on H4 and apply Change of status you may get f1 or may get RFE reason for changing again etc but you can give a try

Return on h4...change to f1 ...
