Which University in Los Angeles have Spring class in mid of Feb, and offer CPT day 1.

Hello everyone,
I heard there is one University in LA who has Spring class begin in mid of Feb, 2016 ,and can issue CPT from day 1. Although as we know most of the universities already began class on Jan.11 or so.

Do you know the name of this university.

This is urgent.

This is not even an accredited university though!

but can take admission for one semister and then transfer for any university which gives cpt day 1 like ITU or Harrisburg in NJ
