Apply CPT after OPT

Hello Friends,

I have applied for OPT with start date as Jan - 2016 and already sent all my documents along with previous CPT / I-20 etc.

Now an employer is asking me to join as intern in CPT before I graduate. If I generate a new CPT (ie a new I-20 with CPT work authorization), will it impact my OPT in any way as I had already sent my old I-20 and old CPT.

My concern is if USCIS verifies my docs and finds a new I-20 with CPT generated and if those documents are not present in the application package, will they reject my OPT....Kindly post your comments..

One of my friend told me that he did that but most of the universities does not give you cpt after giving thr opt i 20 .i have posted few links in my preivous posts abt this rules .check with your dso and apply
