How Day 1 CPT works? I am thinking of starting Day 1 CPT right after my OPT with the same employer, without any gap so I dont have to quit the job. Can anyone share his/her experience on the similar situation? Can I keep the benefits from the employer? Also, how to convince the employer to accept CPT authorization after the EAD card end date?
