Traveling to India on CPT FROM DAY1

Hi all,
My opt expired in june and I joined a cpt college. Is it safe to travel outside the country? Will there be issues at the port of entry while returning? The VISA stamp is from a different university than the on the I 20.

No issues.. Make sure your i20 is valid and has a signature from your dso... You usa visa needs to valid... Good luck...
