Hi, I'm on CPT (ISEM course, Harrisburg University) right now and work as a chemist for a pharmaceutical company. I got an RFE asking attendance records, travel records, job-coursework relationship, cooperative agreement between employer & school, why CPT was necessary from day 1, etc. I tried my best to answer all the questions but I got a 2nd RFE asking the DSO & my employer to explain(again) in DETAIL how the CPT is necessary for the job i'm doing right now(honestly it's not, but was hoping to defend my case by saying that lab experience and computer systems knowledge are both necessary to become a BA in my company and that I was heading in that direction, my manager is very supportive so far).
Has anybody faced this situation? Can someone recommend a good attorney who has experience in these matters? I contacted a lawyer but she's not willing to help as the case was not submitted through their law firm..
