CPT terminated Need help asap

I got this mail from DSO officer. So what is my next step? Will my sevis terminates?

Good afternoon,

My company has notified us that you did not join their internship program. Upon further investigation and attempts to contact them, they do not appear to be a valid company. Your CPT has been terminated. Any off-campus work is now considered unauthorized employment.

ny time your employment changes, you are required to report it to ISAO. Failure to comply with the regulations of your visa can lead to termination. In the future, please do not submit offer letters from fake companies. Your CPT has been revoked, any participation in off-campus employment is considered unauthorized.

Please keep in mind that the Department of Homeland Security requires us to terminate any student’s visa status should they engage in unauthorized employment. Any student terminated for unauthorized employment must leave the U.S. within 10 days and has no option for reinstatement.




when i called her she said only your cpt is terminated not the sevis? But this may be a problem at the time opt


So will my sevis terminate? is there any big problem now?


please help,asap

when I called her she said only your CPT is terminated not the SEVIS? But this may be a problem at the time OPT.
They cancelled your work authorization not your SEVIS so you are okay for now. Make sure that your employer does not report any payroll
1. So will my sevis terminate? Is there any big problem now? Please help,ASAP
They indicated that if you are employed out of campus then you might be in trouble but if you are not then you are good to go.... Good Luck

I don't think this has any impact on your OPT but school will look in to details of your employment during your 90 days period when you get your opt.

Hello ..... I was out of status from April. I am filing reinstatement to get into status now... International office people said that I can not get OPT because I have to be in status at least one year by the requested start date of opt.. I have done with all my courses I don't have any course to complete .. Is there any chance to get an OPT. I can apply for it once they put me back into status but will I have any chance to get OPT?
