Legitimate CPT

Hi Guys,

I heard about this Legitimate CPT which is fully approved by the USCIS/DHS or whom ever concerned with it. Does any one have any idea about this ?
How different is that from normal CPT which was issues in univ's like Sullivan, Harrisburg, ITU etc...
