I will get my CPT eligibility by Jan 2016. Then I will be completing my course by June 2016. So if an employer can apply for H1b by April 2016 even before completing my course? Because I'm doing my MBA (12 months OPT) and so if I am eligible to apply by April 2016, I will get two chances of applying for H1b.?

Yes you will get two chances. However, if you apply in April 2016, since you would not have completed your degree course, you will not be eligible for Master's quota. Also, you will need to find an employer who would be willing to do the same..Comment

Yes. If you get a sponsoring company, they can file your H1B application in regular quota with your UG degree. I am in a similar scenario and luckily my H1B got picked up this year. Until I receive my visa (Oct 1st), I'll be working in OPT.Comment

U r eligible. I know people who got job offer in January and their companies sponsored the H1 in that fiscal year even before they graduated but u won't be able to avail the AD quota. U will be in general poolComment
