Doing CPT in 2 summers, from 2 different universities

I started my MS at GMU and doing my internship (CPT) this summer. I would soon be shifting to another university and they said that I can apply for CPT again in next summer(2016). I want to know if its safe to take it or apply for one more CPT, next year.

Will it pose any threats or chances for RFE/queries when I apply for H1?
I have got mixed answers from people I know and thus posting here looking for a concrete answer.

No. That's not a problem

No issues. In total per law, CPT shouldn't be more than 12 months. 10 should be your safe bet!
