H1b filling with consular option after past CPT work

I have a question. My company has applied for h1b this year 2015 but did not select in the lottery. So I have applying for 2nd masters degree MBA in Sept 2015 to work on CPT.
I heard that there are many problems while applying for h1b from CPT status. So if i do not apply for H1b next year 2016 and work on CPT upto sept 2016 (1 year) and then go back to India. And if my company apply for h1b in 2017 with consular option while i will be in India. Is there be any problem during stamping interview for this past CPT work?
