University giving admit for Masters without Bacheors

I have been doing my Bachelors in United States I was graduating this semester in computer engineering degree but unfortunately due to some reason I got suspended and they did not let me graduate due to one subject and gave me F in that. And now I can take that subject else where and transfer it to my college next year to graduate. I have a job lined up in few weeks and I really need to start working. I have more than enough credits to be considered as a undergraduate which is 150+.

1. Does any one have any idea how to get in Master in this situation and start with CPT from day 1 I really need help my life has been so screwed or if I can get in bachelors but I need CPT
