Payroll stopped before CPT end date

Hello,
My payroll stopped 3 weeks before completion of my CPT period.
My questions are:
1) Will this leads to any issues during my H1? Will there be any queries?
2) In case of any H1 queries, what should I answer?
3) Do I need to get any letter from employer saying that the project finished before the CPT period (Which is highly unlikely)? Does the letter help?
