I am in 2nd semester and planning to graduate in December 2015.
Now i am planning to work under CPT through a consultancy. In summer, we are allowed to work >20hrs per week. But while school is open, we can't work more than 20hrs (Our university rule
). So I assume few options
1. Working under CPT from May - December and then continuing under OPT
2. As our university won't allow working more than 20hrs a week while school is open, (frankly admitting) i am planning to manage this no: of hrs thing with consultancy and continue to work under CPT
is it okay ?
( i have only one course left in fall 2015 , so i can manage work and school )
My question is does this effect OPT, H1B in any way ? Any other issues ?
Please suggest. Good or bad. I want to know all available options
