RFE if I am legal to do this

I am really in a dilemma right now.
I am currently a master student. I have study in US for 2 quarter right now and I have got an offer from a company as intern in this summer.
The problem is that i am very stupid, I have made a mistake in my university which violate the policy from school. Now I have to suspended from this university for the half a year.
I have to find a new school to maintain my f1 visa. And I also hope to find a school that could give cpt from day 1 so that I could do the internship.

will i be legal to do intern during the summer if i find a university that give out cpt for day one?
since i am really doing the intern stuff not the full time.
waiting for the answer

one more thing, if i want to do intern, then what type of the cpt? is it full time or part time? since it is summer intern

If you have been suspended, what is your SEVIS status? If your SEVIS is suspended as well, you are not in status and cannot just transfer to another school. You might want to speak with your student advisor or an attorney before doing anything.

I have enquried the international student center, they said my old sevis number will change. and if i find new school, they could issue me new i20 and new sevis number.
so i will be able to stay in U.S
