Travel to india while having cpt as the last course

Need help
I'm studying at xxxx univ where the cpt is considered as a course and students get work authorization for 40 hours on cpt, The problem i have is i will complete 27 credits hours this may and CPT is offered in may and june until august.

I need to apply for OPT before completing my masters i.e in may and i'm planning to go to india in may and apply for cpt in june which would be done by august, would it be a problem if i travel to india after applying for OPT?? As the date on the I94 changes??
