CPT Cancellation

Hi friends,

I am in my final semester now.I applied for CPT through an employer which started on january 5th,2015. I dint get any job since then
Now I need to go to India for 3 months. So my DSO said to drop my courses for this sem and register in summer and he would cancel my CPT now.
1: Will there be any problem while applying for OPT if I cancel my CPT.
2:Is there any chance to get an RFE to show the paystub for 1month of CPT
3:Can I again apply for CPT in my summer term

Your CPT cancellation should not have an effect on your OPT or your ability to file CPT again (however your advisor may be more reluctant now to approve CPT). What you need to do is find out from your advisor if this interruption in your study will have an effect on obtaining OPT and when is the earliest date you can now apply for OPT.
