Whats with so many training and placement banners on desiopt?

I am looking at all this small banners of various companies providing traning for CPT,opt and then H1 sponsorship.
I am wondering is it really necessary to take up their training program ,If yes how much they charge for it? and after the training program they get us some kind of job offer? with some company?
