Student Joining Harrisburg University for MS IT - CPT Question

Hi All
I have read through this forum but couldn't find the specific answer so posting it here

I am joining Harrisburg University for MS IT program which has CPT option from day 1

Am I right in assuming the following

I enroll in the program , register and then ask for CPT authorization from the college. If they approve the request
I can then find a job anywhere in the USA

During CPT i dont have to attend the university?

1 it depends on school and any way school who is giving cpt form day 1 are bit scrutinized by uscis .. Rfe chances are very high if go for h1 .or opt ext
2 by law on f1 u have to attend school physically ..

Which university you are currently enrolled ?

technically your employer should be in (35-50miles radius) I am not sure about the radius you have to attend the university for some no of hours some universities in california will have 8 am to 5pm on saturday and sunday to meet the uscis requirements per month

My university offers c p t after 9 months.some one says don't take c p t upto 9 months.if I request the university people they are ready to give c p t.wat I do now or after 9 months take c p t
