CPT I 20 Date Issues.

Hi,

My fall semester cpt i -20 was from 24th August 2014 till 11 th january 2015. For my spring semester which is from 12 th january 2015 till 10 th may 2015 is approved too. I am very tensed as the CPT I 20 that I got for spring semester has date 24 th Aug 2014 till 10 th May 2015. I am very confused as I am continuing employment with my previous lawyer but dont't know if this overlap in date is fine or not. Logically it seems correct but as per my understanding it should be from 12-January 2015 instead of 08-24-2014 till 05-10-2015. Dont know hat to do. I have contacted my college but not responded yet.
Any suggestions if this is correct or wrong.

Dont Worry !! It is correct as you have been working continuously from Aug thy will b issuing ur dates from Aug till Next Sem End. And when you apply for CPT in Summer they will give ur dates as aug 2014- summer sem end date. Its just like if you have any break in between CPT then only you will have different dates and if you are working continuously then its not an issue for having these dates on ur I20.
