HIB in masters cap/Universities in Michigan offering CPT from day 1

Hi...
I have completed all my Maters courses except for thesis.. Can I apply for H1B Masters cap with using my transcripts? and later updating with my degree?

Also, i'm looking for Universities that can give me CPT from day 1 in Michigan or nearby...

No you cannot. You need to complete your degree and should have a degree certificate while applying for h1b under Masters quota

You can't ! In order to apply in master quota you need to have completion certificate !!

Y can not use it .. U have to have degree or at least completion letter ..
