Finding difficulty in choosing Technology and Employer

Hello,

Firstly, I would like to thank all the Desiopt Community making this forum so useful and helpful who are in need of help.

I’m currently pursuing Masters in IT & next term is my CPT, I’m very much confused as many questions are going into my mind. I’m unable to decide which technology I should go for? How should I approach a good employer?

I would like to mention my educational background to have a clear idea of my situation. I did my MBA back in India. I have little knowledge of “SAP HR (functional)” as I took training for about a month and half and then came to USA thus, I have NO knowledge of coding/programming at all.

I request all of you to please help me in finding answers to the following queries.

1. In my case, which technologies are best to set a good career?

2. Please suggest me some Reputed & e-verified employers who can provide good training, process H1 & GC as well.

Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

1. Business Analyst could be better one. Coming to your question regarding employer. In this case, I assume you are referring to good employer as a desi consultancy. Google and friends are your best resources to get information regarding consultancies. There are many websites like myvisajobs, visadoor and glassdoor, which provide the information regarding H1 and reviews by its employees.
