Need help regarding CPT
I have joined an Employer A and didn't got any job till 2 Months than I moved to Employer B and I got the job next day.
The moment I got the job I applied for change of employer in my University. My employer asked me to join the job as it was taking time to get updated CPT I 20 and told me that he will pay once I will get my Updated CPT I20. Its been two months my university didn't processed my request and yesterday I received an email stating that "there are very sorry for delay and as my internship is left with only 20 days they cannot update my I20.
1) My question is that how I can get my salary of two months.
2)As I will be continuing my Internship with the same Employer for another semester can I ask them to give me double salary very time or
3) After getting CPT I20 can I take the complete salary at a time.
My employer is ready to give in any way I want. Please guide me through the way from which I will not get difficulties during OPT and H1.
