Colleges that don't require GRE and offer CPT from day 1

Hi everybody,

This might be already discussed but its still not clear. I want to know if anyone knew which college in the US does not require GRE for masters. And additionally provide CPT from the beginning. I am looking forward to join the summer 2015 semester.
Any suggestion will be gladly appreciated.
