Internship denied by school

Internship denied by School

Hi, My Masters program is 'MBA'. My School denied the internship. Below is the email I got.

'We regret to inform you that your internship has been denied because your internship title and/or responsibilities are not related to your program of study. This decision has come from the US Department of Education's definition of your master's program and is final.'

1. Can you please help me with possible solutions.Thanks

You should apply according to your field of study.They have denied because your internship is not relevant according to your study.
