CPT in Tennasee,Atlanta,Nashville,Memphis area

Hello I am looking for college in south especially in the area of Nashville,Atlanata,Lousiville which can provide CPT for the non technical courses.Kindly assist.I already have one masters in the field of Human Resource Management from USA.Since I took the course in online mode I did not get the CPT and OPT option from the college.Please provide your suggestion and name of colleges through which I can get the CPT.
