What will happen if I did not fill in the lunch break during my CPT?

Hi,

Currently I am doing my CPT, and lately I learned that it is illegal not to take a lunch break in the U.S. I have filled out my timesheet without filling in lunch break for 5 days in the last 2 months (which is the fact and my manager approved it). Will this result in bad results to my current visa status or future H1B application?
