Hello,
I did Masters under Non-STEM Course, I got 12 Months OPT. My OPT is going to expire this JAN 19, 2015. I filed my H1B visa in April 2014, my case dint get picked up in the lottery, I need to get admitted into a University, offering CPT from Day1.
Now I am planning for admitting into MS in CS. and work, while on CPT.
1)Can you guys suggest me any CPT offering Universities, from Day1 or either after a month or 60 days.? Also, Please suggest me any secured universities offering CPT in Washington State.
2) Are there any universities allow me to enroll into online classes, without having a need to attend the university?
3) While in the University, How many months CPT will I be getting? & How many months OPT will I be getting after MS in CS, as per course under STEM?
4) Counting from now, with this current situation how many more times can I file my H1B Visa? What if in case my H1B is rejected, while being on CPT? What are the options left for me after that?
Kindly Help me guys. Your help is much appreciated!
Thank you.
