CPT in LAST Semester,during regular semester

Hello Everyone, I have few questions about CPT.

I got admit last fall-2013,I am left with only one subject in the last semester(Fall-2014) .I was wondering if i can do CPT along with that subject in the regular Fall semester .will there be any legal obligations by doing CPT in the last sem ?plz help .Thanks in advance
