hi everyone.
i am doing my 1st masters in xxx university. this university offering cpt from day one.

1) can i take cpt in 3rd sem, is there any problem if i take cpt for 8(2sems) months.

many people saying that we may get some issues with cpt.

You can take in third semester without any issue.

1. Yes, you can take it.

2. Shouldn't be a problem if it is less than 12 months. 8 months is OK

You should be on F1 status for an year (one spring and one fall semester) to be eligible for CPT...

if u r course requires exp then u can take from day1 .. there are certain rules regarding cpt .. it not just work permit to work ..
1 if adviser permits u then yes ..
2 nope but dont take more than 365 days ..
