M.Arch student. Architecture not eligible for STEM. H1B deadline missed,what to do?

MY OPT ends in JUNE 2014
I am currently on OPT and employer is willing to sponsor my petition but they missed the April 1st deadline and quota is full, they intend to file next year.
Eager to find options for staying in the U.S for 1 year.
OPT extension is not possible for me because Architecture is not considered in STEM.
What can I do to keep my status valid? CPT? get enrolled in some program?
Please come forward with any suggestions and recommendations you have my fellow Indian friends.

I will really appreciate it.

Option 1. Try to find cap exempt employers to file H1 B.
Option 2. Get enrolled in any CPT program
Option 3. Get enrolled in any higher education in your field
