CPT offering universities in New Jersey, North Carolina or Kansas City ?

1. I want to know universities which offer CPT from Day 1 in any of the following three location: New Jersey, North Carolina or Kansas City.
2. Is there any university which offers CPT from day 1 while working out of state ? How do I attend classes in this case ? (Online)

ITU doesn't offer CPT to other states and they are being very strict in terms of attendance and course work.

Only Sullivan does cpt for out of state jobs. Classroom Classes are once a month n i guess every week its an online class. Goldey has a 350mile radius rule. Not sure abt ITU

cpt from day 1 will be given only to students who have completed 9months of US education.

There are no Universities in South USA which offer CPT from Day1. The few Universities which provide CPT from day1 for OPT expiring students are or H1 b Denied candidates

1. Harrisburg University of Science & Tech - Harrisburg, PA
2. Alliant International - San Francisco, CA
3. University of North America - Virginia, VA

The universities on the East Coast are recommendable

These universities have huge admission intakes as there are more number H1B denied/opt expiring students.
