Which college is better for H1B?

Hi,
Thanks for your wonderful comments helping others n thank you DesiOPT for ur service. My OPT extension was denied, I re-entered n now I am in school, I want to take CPT from Jan 2014. I have heard about COS denials at GBC and I want feedback whether I should join Sullivan university or Goldey Beacom based on the latest cases. Which would be lesser risk involving during H1? Please help.

They said i was unemployed for more than 90days

Were you unemployed for more than 90 days ? or Were you working for an unpaid position during those 90 days? Your answers will really help others in similar boat

yes i was on unpaid internship fr 8months as i worked fr a professor

Did you inform the university while on OPT that you are doing unpaid internship with a professor? Usually universities has a website dedicated for you to update your employment history during OPT. I find it surprising that the USCIS would deny you extended OPT given that you have updated your employment during OPT.

WHy so many people's OPT extension is denied while working for the professor?As far I know many people do work under unpaid training with a professor.and my DSO says its ok as far as you reported to him and he updates the info.How should H1b application document be done?
