H4 EAD - Day 1 CPT

Hi,
Could Someone please reply if you have any information for the below post:

I am working on H4 EAD. I would like to take day1 CPT for masters.
Please suggest the
1.Universities with low fee and offering DAY1 CPT for Masters.
2.Is there any effect in future if i took Day1 CPT?
3.Will i get OPT once my Masters completed?
