    H4 approval

    Hi,
I'm currently on H1B and I want to get my husband to US on H4 visa.
My husband was in Australia before and moved back to India recently. Now I want to get him here on H4.
Will it be a problem for him to come on H4 ?
what are the chances of getting H4 approval?

    TIA.

There shouldn't be issues if you are maintaining a valid H-1B status.

If you are working and maintaining your H-1B status, you are married and your husband has no disqualifying issues, then there really shouldn’t be any problem.
