    Post Entered wrong date in I-765 for stem opt extension!!!

    Hey Guys,

    I was just rechecking my receipt otice for stem OPT Extension and I noticed that it has incorrect date of birth which I rechecked the documents that I have sent and I see that I entered 09 instead of 19th. Now its 86th day and I am out of my mind as I made a mistake .Please help me what can I do now? the case is still pending.Will USCIS send me RFE or I need to pay and send the form I-765 again?

    Give them a call and check how can you rectify it. That’s the best way to start with

    Just call USCIS and tell them the date of birth on the receipt notice is wrong and you may have entered it incorrectly. If you sent a copy of your I-94 and passport as you should have, they should have noted the mistake by now. It’s not a fatal mistake.
