    OPT extension for 17 months

Hi.. I need help regarding OPT extension. My friend graduated from UNO on Dec 2016 but didn't get a job. He got his OPT for 12 months and till now he didn't get any job. He is trying for OPT extension for next 17 months. Actually one consultancy said they will help in this extensions for next 17 months. last date for extension is Feb 15th, 2018. Trusting on that consultancy he didn't approach any other consultancy or person, he only have 8 days left and that consultancy is not responding properly now when there is no time. I need your help in this. We tried contacting many people but no use. Many friends suggested to contact u. Could anyone of you please help him?

How is your friend going to get an extension if he hasn’t had a job? He’s been out of status since March 2017 when he reached 90 days of unemployment and is not eligible for the OPT extension.
