My H-1B extension got denied as per the USCIS website

I see that my H-1B extension got denied as per the USCIS website when I track with my receipt. When I checked with my company they said they haven't received anything as of today. My I-94 and visa has expired (30 Sep 2017). Are there any options that anyone can suggest so that I can stay in U.S.? And also, how long I can stay in the country after I receive denial notice? Thanks in advance.

For the first denial u can stay for 30 days after receiving your denial letter. I guess you can talk to an immigration attorney and see if you can appeal the case.

Take the admission where they can offer 1st day CPT so you can work and stay legally. Appeal won’t allow you stay legal or work. I faced similar situation, got approved 2nd time. My appeal was also rejected.
