Change of Status F2 to F1

I am on F-2 Dependent visa status currently. I have applied for the COS (pending with USCIS) to F1 Student on 5th June 17, joined University and doing part-time M.S now. Meanwhile my husband H1B application got selected in lottery and as of today, the case is processing at USCIS.If my husband moves to H1B status before my COS, Does it effect my status as I will be on F-2 and my husband is about to move on H1B shortly.
Do I need to take any actions (or) can you please guide me with available options?

Yes, your F2 status will be invalid if your husband moves to H1

If you husband moves to H1 you will no longer have your F2 status! But you can legally stay in the USA until your application is processed! Message me if you need any more details
