Traveling abroad while EAD extension pending [Please Help!!!]

I have question regarding traveling abroad while OPT extension pending. I know this is very common question, the safe answer is "no allow to travel abroad before receiving EAD extension card". But i want to know from someone here who have experience and your advise, so it help me consider whether to take the risk.

Situation: Current OPT expire on Jan 5th 2017. Applied OPT extension and received notice on OCT 26th 2016, still waiting EAD extension card. I need to travel abroad from Jan 25th and Re-Enter US on Feb 1st 2017.

    Question:
    1) Can i request for expediting my OPT extension? so i can get my EAD ext card before travelling. but i asked, even expedite could take 30 days to process.
    2) Worst case: I travel with expired EAD and re-enter US while my EAD extension pending. What will happen? Is student really not allow to enter US, even i can provide all proof documents: OPT extension I-20, valid Visa and passport, Job proof, EAD ext application pending notice.

Please advise, any experience, suggestion will help. thank you very much in advance.

If your OPT has already expired, you cannot travel until the extension is approved.
